At Boracay Beach Houses Boracay holidays become an exquisite and exciting experience:

Three beach houses are built in modern tropical architecture to ensure a luxurious home right at Boracay’s famous White Beach.

The MACTAN HOUSE and the SLATE HOUSE

These houses have a ground floor composed of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms are connected with a double door that can be closed on either side. Both rooms have a separate entrance. These rooms are perfect for families with children or for two couples.
The upper floor is one big room (50 sqm) with a bathroom, a sleeping and a living area. The room opens with floor to ceiling sliding doors to the breath taking white beach. All rooms are have minibar, safety deposit box, LCD or plasma TVs, HI-FI DVD surround system, super silent split type air conditioning, LAN and WIFI internet access etc. There is a new modern built-in kitchen at the back of the houses.

The ANITO HOUSE

This house has been built for the owner of the Boracay Beach Houses just 10 meters at the back of the other houses. The living space of this house is 150 sqm plus a roof deck of 60 sqm.
The room on the second floor has a loft with a king size bed, a living area with two sofa beds, a dining area that accommodates 12 people and a bathroom.
The room on the third floor has a sleeping area and a Jacuzzi both overlooking the White Beach and facing the sunset. It also provides you with a big desk, a walk-in cabinet, a bathroom with separate shower and CR.
From the roof deck you enjoy a 360° view over the beach and the island.
The rooms have high end entertainment systems, split type air conditioning, minibars, safe deposit boxes, LAN and WIFI etc.

All houses have different themes with designer furniture, high-end European bathroom fixtures and a wide collection of artworks from local and international artists, making each room unique and an exciting place to stay at. Manila based One Place Design Group, was hired to carefully plan and supervise the whole project.

Our outdoor area was also upgraded, now with landscaped garden, beach beds and imported teak furniture. With all these completed amenities, we are sure to offer only the best and most comfortable beach houses on Boracay.

Rates

HIGH SEASON ( October to May )

• Ground floor (2 rooms incl. breakfast for 4): € 175 per night
• Upper floor (1 50sqm room incl. breakfast for 2): € 130 per night
• Whole house (3 rooms incl. breakfast for 6): € 250 per night

LOW SEASON ( June to September )

• Ground floor (2 rooms incl. breakfast for 4): € 130 per night
• Upper floor (1 50sqm room incl. breakfast for 2): € 100 per night
• Whole house (3 rooms incl. breakfast for 6): € 200 per night

RATES INCLUDE:

GUEST INFORMATION:

1. Rentals for the Boracay Beach Houses are quoted in € (Euros) per night.
2. Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
3. Reservation is finalized and completed upon receipt of a 50% down payment. Balance or full payment shall be paid to our bank account before departure or paid in cash to our Boracay Staff 2 days before check out. Payment in check or credit card is not accepted.
4. All bank charges are for the account of the guest. Peso exchange rate is based on bank daily selling exchange rate of Allied Bank in Boracay on the day of debit.
5. Food, except breakfast, is not included in the room rate.
6. Number of arriving guests must in all cases correspond to the number of persons registered. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the respective booking and forfeiture of the advance payment.
7. All rooms at the Boracay Beach Houses are non-smoking.
8. Parties in the Beach Houses have to be authorized by the management.
9. The rooms at the Boracay Beach Houses are laid out for two adults. Children can be accommodated in certain rooms. Please inquire with the management.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made more than 1 month before the arrival result in no penalties except the administration fee and the bank charges.
• Cancellations made 2 weeks to one month before the arrival result in penalty charges of 50% of the down payment.
• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the arrival result in penalty charges of 100% of the down payment.
• An administration fee of € 60 will be charged for cancellation of confirmed booking.
• An administration fee of € 30 is charged for changes in confirmed booking. Changes depend on availability.
